Baggage and personal belongings
Riders and drivers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. CarSharePK does not insure, guard, or guarantee the safety of baggage or items carried on any trip. Neither riders nor drivers may bring claims against CarSharePK for loss, theft, delay, or damage to luggage or personal property. You take care of your own belongings at all times.
Platform role
CarSharePK is an online service provider only. We provide software and matching functionality. We do not employ drivers for transportation and do not control how trips are performed. Use of the platform is at your own risk subject to these documents.
Disputes between driver and rider
Any dispute or claim between a driver and a rider (including regarding trips, payments between them, conduct, or losses) shall be resolved between those parties in the competent courts of Pakistan. CarSharePK is not a party to such disputes except where required by law.
No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarSharePK disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
